We are doing a gentle neck stretch here to finish our practice. The Town Of Pilot Butte has done an amazing job at setting up the Rec Centre in accordance with Covid guidelines. The red rectangles were from the class size of 15. They started an indoor walking program this month too. Excellent opportunity for us to stay forever in motion!
