Pre-registration for individual classes required.  Classes are weather-dependent.  Bring a towel, water, sunscreen and wear appropriate attire.

All Levels Flow     July 3, 5, 10, & 12

Focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow using strength, energy and flexibility.  All ages and levels welcome.

Inclusive Boot Camp     July 17, 19, 24, & 26

Full-body class encompassing strength, stamina and endurance.  Includes a dynamic warm-up, functional circuit training and cool down.  All ages and levels

Physique     July 31, Aug 2, 7 & 9

Cardiovascular program of isometric and orthopedic stretches.  Tone your body, strengthen your legs and back and improve posture.  Bring a mat.

Urban Poling     Aug 14,16, 21, & 23

A joint friendly, full body cardio and muscular workout.  Pole walking instruction followed by a walk along the Meewasin Trail.  Poles provided.
