There are so many great trails and beautiful things to see in the Prince Albert National Park, I thought I would post some photos and the map of where to find the trails. There are over 150 km. of trail. How many can you check off on the way to your fitness goal?
Follow this link for the Parks Canada (Prince Albert National) site: https://www.pc.gc.ca/en/pn-np/sk/princealbert/activ/experiences/activ21. There you will find a short description and the distance of each of the hiking trails.
The cross country ski trails/distances and map can be found here: https://www.pc.gc.ca/en/pn-np/sk/princealbert/activ/experiences/activ22.
If you need a few more miles (although it is a little bit out of way on our route), Meadow Lake Provincial Park boasts one of the longest trails in Canada – the BOREAL TRAIL. It is the only destination hiking trail in the province – a short 120 km stroll 🙂 Their site can be found here: https://www.tourismsaskatchewan.com/listings/900/meadow-lake-provincial-park-boreal-trail.
ON TO GRASSLANDS NATIONAL PARK!
