Globe Walkers have been asking for a Step Conversion Chart for activities.  You can find one here:  conversion_chart.shoe-soles

Find your chosen activity and the chart will tell you how many steps you should count for each minute of that activity – just multiply by the number of minutes you do the activity.

For example bowling is listed as 71 steps per minute.  If I bowl for 1/2 an hour I would calculate 71 x 30 (min) = 2130 steps or just over 1 mile.

Pickleball, which is not on the list is considered to be 166 steps per minute.
