Hidden Miles – Add Them to your Calendar

ARE YOU COUNTING THESE MILES?

The average older adult takes about 3000 – 5000 steps during their normal daily activities.  That means that you have walked the equivalent of 45 – 75 miles BEFORE any exercise. shoe-soles

Don’t forget to add your hidden miles to your monthly count!

  1. Hi I have counted about 420 minutes walking this month. This is not counting the running around one or bits of exercise here and there. So 35700 steps … Thanks Cathy Kary
